Balearic Islands

Mallorca and Menorca offer warm clear waters, rugged coastlines and nights under the stars. Ashore there are excellent restaurants and plenty of delightful bays and ports to discover for watersports or nightlife.

8 Day Itinerary

DAY 1

Fly to Palma by private jet, and join your yacht at Port de Mallorca. Enjoy welcome drinks and lunch onboard. Take an afternoon cruise dropping anchor in Las Illetas or Cala Portals and in the evening either return to Palma or drop anchor just outside the exclusive marina of Puerto Portals where there are numerous delightful restaurants.

DAY 2

Early in the morning head southwest across the bay and follow the coast towards Andraitx. En route your skipper will drop anchor in Cala Marmacen where you can enjoy a morning swim before breakfast. Your day will be spent cruising slowly along the coast, before spending the night at Andraitx, a picturesque town with a rich history, interesting architecture and narrow alleyways to explore.

DAY 3

After a leisurely breakfast head out on the two hour journey to Cala Llonga at the southernmost tip of Mallorca. A single entrance from the sea takes you to three coves; Cala Gran and Cala d’Or are both anchorages with beaches, whilst Cala Llonga has a marina where you will spend the night.

DAY 4

Today you will cruise along the eastern coast of Mallorca, passing Porto Colom, Porto Cristo and Alcudia Bay. You may wish to anchor for lunch enroute at Cala Formentor. This evening will be spent at Puerto Pollensa, a marina in a beautiful bay surrounded by hills.

DAY 5

After breakfast cruise towards the town of Alcudia, located on the north-eastern side of Mallorca in its own wide bay. It is a popular tourist resort with excellent beaches. Take time to explore the old town wall, St Martin’s Cave, the castle and the museum. This evening spend the night in the marina: there is a large choice of restaurants.

DAY 6

Around three and a half hours from Alcudia you will find yourself in Mahon, the main port of Menorca. On the cruise keep an eye out for dolphins! Mahon is a well-sheltered natural harbour and you may wish to explore the town. Browse the boutiques, leather or pottery shops and pick up a bottle of local Menorquin gin to sample on board this evening.

DAY 7

Today you will return to Mallorca, to the modest town of Porto Colom. Again the cruise takes around three and a half hours. Tonight, moor in the marina and explore the pretty area of La Colonia, opposite the marina.

DAY 8

Your last morning on board, enjoy the scenery of the South of Mallorca whilst cruising back towards Palma. Your limousine awaits, bid farewell to your crew and transfer to the airport for your private jet home.
